MESSY! 1. Introduction

“MESSY! The Caroline Macdonald Backstory” is a book and website designed to inform the public about the REAL Caroline Macdonald, an Australian commercial barter con-artist currently CEO of the BBX International con job. The book is being published along with the entire massive research entitled “The BBX Investigation” written in 2017. It is published by my New Zealand licensed Private Investigative company, Writing the Wrong Ltd, and I vouch for EVERY word contained, personally. Enjoy!

“I need help!”

“Don’t we all!” I thought to myself but I politely replied, “How can I help?”

“I’ve been in business with a ‘crook’ who’s just ripped me off and you come highly recommended.”

I’m paraphrasing here for simplicity and understanding, of course.

My thoughts continue:

“Well, that’s a pleasant change from dealing with a hundred people who either hate me or at the very least don’t like me!” I thought. Again, good manners and all, that, I asked, “So what’s the story?”

“It’s Caroline Macdonald. She’s a [bitch, witch, evil or whatever] and I’ve just lost a lot of money and . . . and . . . and . . . “

“Calm down, mate. I know her well!” I say. “What do you want from me?”

“I want you to cause her as much pain as you can!”

Whew this guy doesn’t muck about does he? He’s got as much fire in his belly as I do when it comes to standing up for justice!

“OK I’ll look at it!” I agree, finally.

The Job

So. my standard terms are that you gotta pay me $10.00 USD up front for an hour or two or ten to scope the work. I’ll invoice you to do what I call a “scoping exercise” and then I’ll dig into your stuff; tell you what the issues are and give you a few options.

I never got a chance to invoice this dude before there was an email pop up telling me that he’d already paid me $20.00. That was the first time that had ever happened to me before, so I figured that he was either very motivated; lived by different standards; happy to spread his money about; paid his bills on time; had taken the recommendation he’d received about me to heart; he was hurting quite badly or he wanted things to happen yesterday.

I found out later that it was all of the above!

I’m a New Zealand licensed private investigative author and blogger. Imagine a mix between Wellington based investigative journalist Nicky Hager on steroids; a no-nonsense shit-stirrer living on the fringes of the Christian community; who is the quintessential loner and the ‘original horse-trader from hell’; a dude that the kids and animals love but the crooks, crims & crazies fear and you’re probably pretty close to getting me fairly right.

My client is the Australian businessman, Robert Tidy. Now I’m NOT saying that he is Mr Clean, he’s a gambler, bankrupted more than once and plays with Crypto-currencies after all but I can tell you that the other party is indeed a ‘crook, crim and crazy’ – Caroline Macdonald, daughter of the late Michael Touma, another Australian businessman.

What IS it with these Aussies, now?

Kiwis, that’s New Zealanders to youse guys up north, love our Aussie brothers ‘over the ditch’.We love . . . to ‘hate’ them. We’ll support our own sports team and any other team playing the Aussies. We’ll love them to death (hoping that they do it by themselves so that we don’t have to do it) but we’ll die for them because they’re like our bros, like a big brother that gets us all jealous like, because they’ve got more than us, more of . . . well everything really . . . more people, more land, more business; more wealth; more opportunity; more get-up-and go; more noise (have you ever heard the Aussie birds [yeah I mean them too] and the raucous noise they make?) . . . and more and bigger BS artists.

I’ve found that commercial barter is 97% fraudulent across the globe. Inflation and thieving within the industry has been rampant for many decades and some of the worst ones and the longest running ones started in Australia. BBX is one of the worst, if you ask me. The opposite is true if you listen to those at the top of the industry in the USA, but more on that later . . .

In 2017 I analysed the entire BBX world database in realtime, showing the extent of the global fraud it was. In New Zealand alone (a tiny fraction of the size of the supposed BBX empire) I proved that there were only 184 members who actually traded in the last year (IRTA’s rules for measuring a member) and that the currency had devalued down to between 1-4 cents in the trade dollar! Yes, you did read that right!

That’s proven fraud of $7m New Zealand Dollars missing from the BBX system – in 2017! It’s a lot worse than that now. Australia, Singapore, India, the UK the same and worse! Madam really needs to be wearing that Orange suit, not prancing around a Las Vegas stage being held up as a darling of the international commercial barter industry!

To say that I understand this woman is an understatement . . . her ex employees tell me this. You’ve got her in one they’ll secretly slip their messages to my Tipline. The hundreds of BBX members too that say the same thing and repeat their various messages of hatred of her and her ways. Is their a saying something to do with the back of your hand?

Robert Tidy

This guy Robert Tidy was new to me though. I had to dive in to get to grips with who the heck he was and it was to be a bit of a roller-coaster ride actually.

Fortunately he’d written it all down on his website.

Unfortunately it was a dog’s breakfast – he says he has lysdexia, or something like that – so it was REALLY hard to get the gist of the story but I did read it – more than once and I pushed on to get a grip on what had happened. His website is a lot better now but boy it was a hard one back then.

Fortunately there were other sources of information about this dude.

Unfortunately they were totally conflicting his own data that said that he was the ‘forever victim” but . . .

Fortunately I knew who the website Author actually was so I knew that he was close to Caroline and had been given the nod to take it all over from ‘Madam’ thus I could work out his motivation for taking this dude out online with this hate website but . . .

Unfortunately a lot of Jarrad’s early work did stack up pinging this new arrival which required me to work out who was telling porkies and who wasn’t and about what and when!

Fortunately Rob had recorded a phone conversation with ‘Madam’.

Unfortunately it was a long one and she really chewed him up in it at the beginning so knowing what was happening as I listened, it was very hard to listen to.

Fortunately I did. My damning analysis follows later and the name of this book came from this massively revealing recording. Threatening that “This is all going to get ‘ultra messy’ unless you [whatever]” in my country is definitely NOT legal, I can assure you, especially when you are initiating the call and you’ve just had a legal loss! It would be orange jump suit time if she said that in New Zealand!

So I also read a recent legal judgment that this dude had made available online too.

Unfortunately it was a long one and legal rulings need a real legal mind to interpret them properly. Lawyers and judges think differently you know!

Fortunately I’ve been there and done that, so I could pick it all to bits to get the gold . . . and was there ever ‘gold’ in there!

What follows now is an expose – an expose of the worst kind of white-collar criminal that I could conceive of. An entitled ‘Karen’ that is brutal, vicious and heartless in her greed; in her willingness to use everything in her power to get what she wants, regardless of any ethics, laws or others’ wishes or the wants of others around her.

Thank God that there is some in the world who are prepared to pay the price to help others recognise the truth.

I don’t know what Rob’s religious situation is, I think he said once that he’s a Catholic, but I can tell him, and you can too if you care, that this expose is EXACTLY what the Master did for us. I pray that he wants her stopped for all the right reasons and that his revenge exposure works just as he wants it to.

Sure, like Caroline threatened Rob, it will surely get “Ultra Messy!” but this ‘mess’ will be costly. Someone’s going to ‘die’ over it all for sure!

For the record, and I’m sure that Madam and her team will try to ping things on me the same was they have done to Rob, but I am an independent voice, a thinker and blogger and these words are mine and mine alone. Period.

I have indeed received commercial benefit from Robert by way of one of my companies the same as I have from BBX over the years, but while I told Rob what I will be doing in advance, he knew nothing of this book, nor its title nor any of my blogging until it was published and he has most definitely not paid me to write one word here!

Caroline however . . . well let’s get started . . .
