Starting with Robert Fisher’s focus on simplicity, today’s post covers an eclectic range of topics, conspiracy, geo-politics and ending with the name the riles us all – Jesus. Dare to read on and be informed!

Robert Fisher on Simplicity

Robert Fisher is known in New Zealand as “the pornography judge”. Caught out watching porn on court computers, PM at the time Helen Clark pinged him, suggesting the “he needs to go”. Political reality won out over long-standing judicial independence and he went. He was also caught out when evidence came out with the Arthur Allan Thomas trial hidden behind secrecy where naughty things were done to protect TPTB. Connect the dots on this one if you dare! He is also ascribed to protecting others including the Crown by more than one that should know.

Having researched his [now hidden] written materials and website though, he does have what others have called, “an acute legal mind”. Presenting to the Waikato Law Review he shares his take on simplicity.

… simplicity is hard work. The first draft of a document is usually little better than a collation of raw materials. It includes everything that seemed relevant on the first time through. There is a strong temptation to stop at that point. Many do. The draft is served up as the finished product. An undigested mass of statutory references and authorities is presented as an opinion. A summary of each witness’s evidence is presented without relating each assertion to the facts in issue. A contract is left as a disorganised ramble through pages of legalese. No attempt is made to simplify.

His take on this is that when we really have to dig in to simplify something, we do not appreciate what the author has avoided. We either have to dig in ourselves to work it all out, or we generally get ‘pissed off’ and leave it.

Faced with undigested raw material, the recipient is left with two choices. One is to take over the job of organising and simplifying that ought to have been undertaken by the original author. This occupies much of the time of judges. The other is to give up and remain in a state of confusion. This is the path often taken by clients and consumers. Neither leaves the recipient warmly disposed towards the author.

Writing/speaking to a legal audience, his advice to Keep it Simple, Stupid, matches those of an author attempting to get a message out there effectively.

What lifts the material to a higher plain altogether is simplification. Simplification requires repetitive revision. Haste engenders prolixity. The object of revision is to weed out the unnecessary and bring simplicity to the rest. Simplifying is essentially a product of the time devoted to the first draft.

An Executive Summary is one method we use to make it easy for the reader. It is not that we need to always do the thinking for the reader, although this may often be the case. It is that in a ‘busy’ world where our attention is actively diverted, we must assume that we have to simplify in order to get the message through.

Fortunately, the rewards of simplification far outweigh the cost. It earns the everlasting gratitude of clients, students, judges, and the public. It reveals to us what we really think. The defining characteristic of great lawyers is their ability to simplify.

Don’t you just love it when something is so simple like Robert puts it: “The defining characteristic of great lawyers is their ability to simplify.”?

MH370 & MH17

I’m comfortable in my capacity to measure Conspiracy Theories. Having analysed them for decades, I’ve found that generally they do not stack up with anything to do with New Age, the Occult, Aliens, UFOs or ET (there is no credible evidence) but anything to do with Power and Money does. Most political intrigue, False Flags, the Illuminati, Deep State wars and suchlike do have my attention. Declan’s work brings a stunning depth to the MH370 disappearance and it has been an honour to help him get it ready for publication.

No offence meant but getting his first draft from Declan was exactly what Robert talks about here – it was hard work reading because it was “a collation of raw materials”. Having worked with him though we have made a few changes, some subtle but all profound that have helped the future reader enormously:

1. Standing tall and proud. Everyone loves a winner. Declan is a little unusual, a bit geeky and perhaps overly accurate and detailed, with psychiatric issues. His self-deprecation and insecurity though has now turned into pride and he can now stand tall as the international expert that he is. Nobody outside the authorities knows as much about this disappearance and events as he does. Nobody! He’s a down-to-earth serious guy who knows BS when he sees it. He now says, “I am recognized as an international expert in a private capacity on both Malaysia Airlines cases, as recognized by people in NZ, and around the world.” Whew! This gives us confidence that his research is well grounded.
2. Executive Summary. It’s extraordinarily difficult to assess your own work objectively. Knowing it all (or at least as much as possible) doesn’t cut the mustard when his audience doesn’t. He has to cut it down to sound bites – getting the big picture then getting it down, down, down to the simplicity that Robert talks about is hard work. It does though convert to real value when we understand what he’s on about.
3. Getting Value. Lastly as Robert mentions above, there is a high Return on Investment when we can simplify things for our audience. In Declan’s ‘case there are a few takehomes that really should create value – the tile of the book (Deception) says it all. Planes do not just disappear in this day and age! Neither do they fall out of the sky and crash into the ocean without leaving evidence. Politicians deceive the populace – all the time. Connecting all these dots, Declan does the hard work for us and creates value, hopefully sufficient that he can get value through subsequent book sales.

SPOILER [100 words]:
Declan’s findings are that the plane was remotely landed in Diego Garcia, a military base smack in the middle of the Indian Ocean by way of the BUAP (remote control) with all on board terminated before-hand, by use of the ATI (a secret technology later admitted by Boeing). The death of those on board gave financial advantage to TPTB (Declan explains how in his book), and the aircraft was then disposed of with the MH17 tragedy, effectively all covered up by the Dutch ‘investigation’. Multiple agencies in more than one country knew or know the details and certain information held back from the public shows the elite’s complicity.

Taking a large amount of data down to just 100 words, is not easy. One has to get key facts into the text, yet convey a message succinctly at the same time. While his blurb will need to include the above, we’ll do it!

MelK & Charlie Ward

Melanie is a woman with personality and has a way with words. Charlie Ward chats to her weekly and this last week I noted the key phrases from her recent dialogue. I should have known better but I ended up with a very full A4 page covered both sides with handwritten notes. Apart from the verbosity and broad range of topics covered, MelK represents the ‘mainstream’ Conspiracy sectors. I’ve pinged Charlie more than once for gullibility and issuing hopium previously but simplifying MelK’s message is not easy because she covers so much. These though are some of the points she makes, in the context that “God has already won the war between good and evil, which will be proven when Trump returns to power, and the bad guys all get locked up!”

1. 5G, Nanotech and the Old Guard (the Cabal/Swamp) are toast;
2. The COVID hoax is going away, with the miracle pill their next ‘trick’
3. The MSM is totally corrupt
4. Italy was forced to reduce their COVID deaths from 130k to 4k with COVID-19 deaths grossly exaggerated – dying ‘from’ or dying ‘with’ the key question.
5. Questions have arisen over the Pfizer CEO’s fate/location
6. Election audits have revealed serious corruption
7. Switzerland’s neutrality is being questioned
8. The Russia, Russia, Russia hoax is being revealed
9. Hillary Clinton’s Uranium One has yet to be investigated
10. Eon Musk and Peter Thiel’s status is also questionable
11. Facebook’s name change to “Death” [Heb] and Zuckerberg’s demise
12. Child sex trafficking and Smart Cities are getting exposed
13. Polio & Aids bring in profits to BigPharma
14. Epstein, Gislaine Maxwell case is still ongoing (they are still alive and ‘singing’)
15. Arrests of Barclays & KKR leaders as they ‘move on’
16. Prince Andrew confirms Epstein’s immoral acts
17. The Durham investigation takes down the weakest first, who in turn assist the Whitehats to nail the big fish
18. Charlie says that it is all a military planned pantomime planned 15 years ago
19. MelK points to claims of systemic racism being attempts to divide and conquer
20. James O’Keefe & Hunter Biden are pointed to meaning that this HAS to be a Whitehat operation
21. Charlie mentions that this is designed to expose the Alphabet Agencies
22. Biden flies 70 plane loads of illegals to Florida
23. Child trafficking gets another mention
24. The Baldwin shooting makes no sense
25. Hollywood is ‘broke’, are bullies, liars and frauds undertaking a war on children
26. These people see a great awakening as the people en masse who cannot see logic wake up
27. Charlie recounts his experiences talking to friends, one from Beirut who reports that TV stations CNN & BBC are still trying to generate trouble.
28. Politicians are also trying to ramp up disputes
29. MelK calls it another “Colour Revolution” – a Soros technique
30. She refers to Ethiopia, the Ufraine, Burma & Lebanon and suggests that all roads lead to the Rothschilds in Switzerland
31. Our perceptions of Switzerland and Henry Kissinger (as a good guy) are totally wrong
32. The Fed is not out to help “us” instead it is designed to bring us into debt slavery to the BIS and the Cabal
33. She refers to the projected $T150 advances by way of loans for a so-called “climate emergency”
34. People though are saying, “Wait a minute! I’ve heard this all before! What is going on here?”
35. Did Rothschild really establish the UN? Did not 30k Nazies arrive by way of Operation Paperclip? Doesn’t the UN have the same goal as the 4th Reich?
36. Do the 3,000 Davos people rule us?
37. The UN is a hoax, a farce, a money laundering operation using the same model
38. The UN and its One World Military should be shut down
39. They blame Russia but build up the Ukraine
40. The UN comes in peacekeeping or to assist in famines but it is always the opposite results
41. They are not fooling anyone anymore with their money-laundering, puppet-master/slave entities
42. Charlie says that the Fed was backed into the US Treasury and that Biden has no power
43. The Cabal has no money and nothing has happened
44. MelK lashes out at communism as a total farce
45. The US judges and FBI are entrapped
46. She concludes with her support of President Trump having saved children at the border by DNA testing them then separating them from their abductors

This is a truckload of information from just one source, and Melk is right up there with the most prolific in this sector. There are a few errors, omissions and/or topics (marked in bold) that I see in MelK’s discussion and that I wish to comment on. Her core message though is IMHO dead right despite her US-centric slant.

1. First, the Uranium One subject [9] I have not researched. I cannot comment on this one but all the others she mentions though I have, some for decades and some quite thoroughly.
2. Zuckerberg [11] (like many of the BigTechs) must have been working for the Whitehats, either directly or in a general sense. FB would never rebadge voluntarily. Jen Psaki’s simultaneous disappearance is also suspicious to me.
3. Military planning [18]. It is thought that the military operate like a machine and when they plan a war things go as planned. This is not reality and Charlie is recognised as gullible, especially in this regard. Reality is that in a war, there are factions within each warring party and nobody ever gets everything they want. Nobody ever truly wins a war. As Jeffrey Prather says, planning is invaluable, but plans are useless the moment that the war starts because the enemy has a vote. Not even an omnipresent God, who knows the present and the past from the future can plan like this in a war. Mankind has freewill to vote to go our own way at any time. The US military is not always united although there currently appears to be a majority of the Marines and key leaders doing good things at present.
4. Exposing the Alphabet Agencies [21]. Again, it is naive to believe that an agency is evil per se. Key leaders within a government agency can affect policies and decisions that we may see as self-serving or bad or wrong. Many within these agencies have their countries best interests at heart and many go further into doing good things for spiritual reasons.
5. A Great Awakening [26] I’m not so sure that what they call the Great Awakening is or will be that “great”. I do see an increased questioning of authority and skepticism which I see as healthy, but this needs to convert to sustained generational conduct for me to believe that this is the “revival” or “global consciousness change” that many seek. If I saw a commensurate recognition that debt slavery was created by usury and that the Western financial system was fundamentally flawed because of this, and a serious effort to use non-usurious financial systems, and a commensurate recognition that worship of democracy was actually a rejection of the Lord’s command for true worship, then sure, maybe. While it is good to see increased maturity now, I see a need for multiple generations to break through to a serious awakening.
6. Politicians [28] Attempts to capitalise upon disputes are marks of politicians since time immemorial! Leopards – spots!
7. Soros [29] – Dead. Long gone!
8. Switzerland [31] As a child my father shared his understanding that Switzerland’s core business was finance before a Swiss visitor. He imported watch parts and tools from Suisse. His guest agreed. I have therefore ‘always’ known this.
9. Debt slavery [32] Getting out of debt from one source and going straight into another changes nothing other than the identity of the creditor. The root cause of this evil is the love of money. The enslavement technique is the charging of interest (usury). Usurious practices are totally forbidden by most mono-theistic faiths, and this includes the Good Book – NT and OT!
10. $T150 advances [33] Benjamin Fulford’s updates are much more revealing than here. This proposal has been dead in the water for weeks.
11. The UN have the same goal as the 4th Reich [35] Yes!
12. Fed was backed into the US Treasury [42] True and this has enormous ramifications for all study of geo-politics, especially the timing of this event. It is from this time that proof of conspiracy and the Military sting operation conducted on the Cabal and Deep State can be proven to have occurred. There are many other clues but knowing this (as Charlie says) reveals much.

In the interests of simplicity (the heart of this post) then:

Charlie Ward knew and knows that the FED has been backed into the US Treasury in 2020, i.e. a long time ago! Despite his gullibility in some areas, his claim that it is all a Pantomime that we are watching, IMHO has great validity.

That said, let’s quickly pop across to Benjamin Fulford’s commentary and Michael Baxter/Tuffin’s site to pick out a few titbits:

La Palma is calming down as are the problems with the three Gorges dam. Mi6 sent the following message: “The deal has been done, the rest is housekeeping.”

La Palma has been a manmade event as have problems under the Three Gorges Dam.

The purge of the pharmacidical mafia is now undeniable. We can confirm for example that the CEO of Pfizer Albert Bourla was arrested last week. The corporate propaganda media has been hysterically trying to say this is not true. However, they are all now being forced to run stories saying that “new miracle pills” cure 89% of Covid cases and thus mean vaccines are no longer necessary. As MI6 explains it “They are winding it down with this story about how a pill would fix it.”

And to Michael who reports about GITMO events?

California Governor Gavin Newsome is clearly on his way out having been hoodwinked by his own team and now relocated into custody. Surely he’ll be on his way to the gallows soon following Chelsea Clinton and a gazillion others?

Jesus – THAT name!

So over the last few decades I’ve explained ad infinitum that God exists.

Design requires a designer. I see design so logically there must be a designer. Everything I see shows me that He created good but when given half a chance we all screwed up; all hell broke loose and Jesus sorted it all out when He broke the power of sin and death and rose from the grave.

Keeping it simple, stupid, for you here which is what I try to do, day after day, week after week!

Sure, that’s you prerogative but if He’s alive and well then just the mention of His name will wind you up. My first encounter years before I got serious was a boy at my High School at the time, Kelston Boys, who innocently asked a few of us what we all thought about this character Jesus. I’d never thought about it but I will never forget the experience of getting challenged like that. I should have said, “I dunno! Never thought about it!” My automatic response though kicked in and I bumbled around finally saying something like, “Well I suppose He was somebody good, way back when!”

Why that response when I could have dealt with anybody else like Mohammed, Budda, Krisna, or Caesar? It’s not what I said that matters, it is the impact of that name on people that to put it simply pisses people off. So getting real simple then . . .

I see design which necessitates a designer so therefore there is a God, logically to whom I should at least explore if not engage with. All the others’ names don’t bother me but this Jesus dude’s name does. Hmmmm! He says that He created good, but that we screwed up. That matches with what I see around me and I’m not really interested in a gazillion virgins in the sky, so when He tells me to humble myself and do the honourable thing, I do.

Yup. For all his crookedness, methinks Robert Fisher is right. “The defining characteristic of great lawyers is their ability to simplify.” Same with teachers and preachers. Cool eh? . . . Thanks for swinging by again today!
